Challenge

A global logistics company set out to future-proof its operations with a modern platform capable of supporting real-time operational decision-making, advanced analytics, and AI-driven workflows. With massive data volumes and growing operational complexity, the organization needed an architecture that could scale while delivering intelligence in the moment.

The path to actualizing that future state architecture was unclear. Existing systems were fragmented, data lived across dozens of sources, and the organization needed an ingestion framework that could support both immediate operational use cases and long-term AI ambitions.

Solution

Working closely with the client, Hakkoda designed and implemented a scalable ingestion architecture built to support high-volume operational intelligence and future AI initiatives. The solution unified data from more than 50 disparate systems into a harmonized model, creating a trusted foundation for analytics and decision-making.

To reduce operational burden, the Hakkoda team delivered automated infrastructure and a real-time consumption layer that enabled 20 operational reports across four business domains. The result was a scalable platform capable of processing over 200M signals daily, evaluating 7.8B decisions per optimization run, and driving a 22% productivity improvement through AI-powered workflows.
